This is a very nice harbour with some amazing yachts moored there. Very close to museum quarter and well worth a walk round.

To be honest, there is something about this place that I just cannot put my finger on, rules are rules and that should apply to everyone. No gas grills on the docks mean no gas grills; whom do I have to bride to look the...More

My friend Brian owns a yacht docked out of burnham and I've always heard great things. When I spent time there this summer, it was clean and a nice harbor....and the Sea Moose is awesome for yacht charters!

It's a harbor, so expect a public beach type facility. The best tip I can give for this location is that there is really close parking that doubles as parking for Bears games. It's worth it to be so close. The fee is about $20...More

The harbor is in a great location on the south side of the city. Right by Solders Field and the bike/running path. The staff is very helpful. Great Harbor Master too!

South Loop
This downtown neighborhood offers a variety of
activities ranging from cultural to sporting. If you
happen to visit during football season, you may bump
into a boisterous few fans on their way to a Bears
game on the southernmost tip of South Loop. On the
flip side, Museum Campus offers cultural and
educational experiences in its planetarium, museum and
aquarium, all situated along the lakefront. Grant Park

If I had a choice I would use the restrooms somewhere else first. I have used these but only when desperate. Frequently out of soap and toilet paper.
