We expected it to be a tourist trap but a good excuse to see the city. Ended up being eye opening and fascinating. The guide, Adrian, was fantastic. She’s a volunteer but threw her heart into it. Well played

The tour was our favourite part of our Chicago trip. Beautiful views and learned a ton. Guides are volunteers who are passionate about Chicago and its architecture and it shows!

This is something everyone who visits Chicago should do. The guides are incredibly knowledgeable not just about the building of Chicago but the history and significance of the river and the city itself. This was a very informative and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Excellent choice! The docent was very knowledgeable about the Chicago history and explained the different architectural styles of the building along the river. Cruising the river is a must. Well worth the time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brisk morning cruise. This is so informative and well worth the cost. I wish we had gone earlier on during our visit so we could have had more time to visit some of the buildings we saw from the river.

Hi. I do not think these sort of tours operate November- March, as the river and lake are usually frozen here during those months. However, there may be some indoor heated tours that run during those months. You might want... More
