I haven't been to this theater in treats and was delightfully surprised at the wonderful restoration. You feel as though you've stepped back in time to a more glamorous age. Gratefully the amenities have been modernized. The women's facilities have been enlarged and traffic was...More

This theatre has a beautifully ornate lobby. It reminds me of the Fox in Detroit and in St Louis. For an old theatre it is in spectacular shape and has fairly wide seats. I went in January and did not feel cramped even with a...More

Great show- if you enjoy Carole King or many of the songs she co-wrote- you will really like this show. We were in the orchestra right- 3rd row and view was very good and quite a bit cheaper than orchestra center.

I've been to this theater a few times over the last decade and am always happy to return. I find the interior inspiring, so just sitting in the auditorium taking in the visuals is entertaining, even before the curtain goes up.

A beautiful theater, that has been restored to its for elegance. Looking around you feel like you have stepped into the 1930's society. We saw Beautiful and the production was excellent. The lead was the sister of Jessie Mueller who debuted it on Broadway. She...More

Beautiful! The Musical! Beautiful! The Theatre! There are not enough words to adequately describe how beautiful the theatre is now that the restoration is complete.

The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because the lady who was scanning tickets at the door tonight was very rude and mean to us for no reason. It upset me. It was an outing for a birthday and I paid a...More

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a
good starting point to sample the city's energy and

Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier
shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep
your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many

The loge is the first 4 rows of the balcony. There is a railing that can sometimes block the view of the stage so it may be better to choose lower balcony seats to be safe.
