Had to stop by with my son and show him how beautiful Holy Name Cathedral is inside and outside. They do not make Cathedral like this any more.

Exquisite cathedral luckily arrived in time to see procession of little ones for their first communion. If you go notice the cardinal caps hanging in the dome.

Beautiful inside & out. Very elaborate but the stained glass windows were a letdown as they had no 'scenes', just numerous colorful vertical pieces of glass.

This house of worship is a very fine place to visit for quiet, meditation, and prayer. I went for a visit this time but in the past have attended the mass service which is inspiring and uplifting.
