Our tour guide, Richie was awesome. They arranged a special time for our group of mostly out of towners. At the appointed time, a deluge ensued. Richie waited around so we could still get in our tour after the rain stopped. He customized the tour so some of the group could still make their air connections. Richie was fun and... More

Loved Richie he was calming, fun and is a true professional. My girlfriend and I don't get to spend a lot of time together these days so we had a girls day out. We started our morning with a fantastic trip on the segways. Richie gave us great instructions and was concerned for our safety, we very much enjoyed and... More

Great tour and tour guide- Richie was spot on and super personable. Getting the hang of a Segway was easy with his instructions. What a fantastic way to get an overview of the city! Complements the waterborne view by boat.

I took my son and nephew (13 and 14) on the Segway tour with Richie as our guide. We all had a total blast. Richie is really laid back and makes it all fun, while adding in interesting history and facts about Chicago. He is a great tour guide, and the company was a pleasure to work with from start... Richie was awesome, he made learning how to use them fun and easy. Within a couple of minutes, we were all going like pros. He gave us a choice about what we were interested in, and tailored our experience to that. We were guided to a delicious Taco place on the beach, per our choice. I would feel safe recommending... Staying in Downtown / The Loop

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown / The Loop
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
