I was a little leery about trying this, but it was super easy! Our guide, Damien, was a great teacher & guide, and not to leave out, a very kind person! The guy who took our reservations was a bit gruff & I had to call them twice before getting a call back, but the experience made up for it... More

Richie was awesome! He was very friendly and he started joking with us from the time we walked in the door...which we were late. He was very accommodating in my (birthday) special request to go see the Agora exhibit. Me and my BF had a great time and tons of laughs. Thanks Richie...or was it Damien...no it was definitely Richie... More

If I could give six stars, I would. My sister and I took the tour and had a better than expected good time. The tour began with an intro lesson in the shop on how to handle the Segway. My sister was very nervous when she first stepped on the Segway but our guide, Orion, was patient and made her... More

My boyfriend had an amazing time and loved doing everything the tour guide instructor did. Which our tour guide instructor was the amazing Richie! He knew so many important facts and fun facts... Staying in Downtown / The Loop

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown / The Loop
Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
