We were at American Girl yesterday celebrating my daughters 7th birthday. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. We had lunch there and it was a great experience. Our waiter was very friendly. Our drinks were never empty and the food was very yummy! It is pricey but totally worth going for the day!! Seeing... More

First visit to this store and very impressed with the layout and selection. Although store was very crowded when we visited, it was easy to navigate and find what we were looking for. Dolls can get their ears pierced and hair styled too. Fun visit!

Great day for the girls. We arrived early...around 10 and it still wasn't too busy. My girls had gone online and wrote down items they wanted (within their budget). The staff person ...Shamicka, was great. She assisted them very patiently with all items on their list....not telling us where items were, but actually taking them to where the items were.... More

Whenever we stop in, which is maybe once a year, my favorite part is watching my daughters' faces! They can never get enough and there's always fun new things to look at. Definitely worth spending an arm and a leg for a doll.

Used to be all about the experience. Not so much anymore. They annoyed us so much when they couldn't check us out at the doll hair salon, really? U have a register right there, the place u sent us to pay has a sign directing us to u--& we have to wait in a long line of post holiday shoppers... More

This was a delight for my daughter. We had a great time. Food was good and plentiful! Such a cute thing to do with your little girl! It was decorated beautifully for Christmas, too!

Visited here with my granddaughters. Had a great time looking at all the dolls and clothes. I was looking for a particular outfit and the "young Christmas help", wasn't very helpful. As a whole, enjoyed it though. EXPENSIVE.

The best is to have two grand-daughters aged 7 and 5 and to do a reservation for the lunch and for the dolls. Like babys. You don't buy a toy. You have to adopt a child and your grand-daughter becomes a real Mam! It's incredible to see that kind of shop (I wasn't in Chicago but in "The Falls" half... More

A delight for any little girl. What a choice! Dolls galore, outfits, accessories and more. A fabulous restaurant to take your doll and lovely salon. You can even get a outfit to match your dolls. Packed all day but staff very efficient and helpful.
