First time using this company but won’t the last! Our flight was delayed a few hours so when we arrived my family was exhausted so when the driver arrived so promptly and with a smile we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean vehicle and the driver drove us to our hotel safely. Thank u for your professionalism! Great company!

Our transfer with a different company cancelled and left us scrambling last minute. We called EJ Concierge less than six hours before we needed a late night / early morning airport transfer at 2:45 am. They came through for us and our experience with them was five stars from start to finish. They were courteous, arrived early, and got us to the airport in plenty of time. I would definitely recommend them.

As a family traveling with a toddler I was concerned about airport transfers and a car seat. I did not want to bring ours. EJ had one installed and was ready to go upon our arrival. He also had toddler tunes for my 3 year old:)! I am a bit of a nervous traveler when trusting other people to drive my family, EJ was fantastic, professional, friendly and a safe driver. I did not price shop, but do feel like our transfers were reasonable and will be happy to use him again. I can not put a price on a nice relaxing, safe ride!

Just flew into Chicago, Jorge met us at baggage claim, took care of all the details, got us to our destination safely and quickly. He was fantastic, we laughed all the way to the hotel. Very pleasant. We will recommend to all our friends. Thanks for getting our trip started right!

We needed a hourly driver for a day to attend a funeral, burial and other related events. In an already stressful situation - flying in and out the same day - I wanted to make it the logistics as easy and certain as possible. This car service was terrific, very accommodating when I made some changes to our schedule and totally problem free. Our driver was on time, attentive, and knew everywhere we needed to go. He was extremely professional and I will use this service again on my next trip to Chicago.

My wife and I we picked up on time at O'Hare. The driver was polite, professional and friendly. The car was a clean luxury vehicle. The drive went smoothly and was a pleasure. What else could you ask for? It was an extremely positive experience. Highly recommended.

I recently had an event at Sport's Authority Field for my company. I spoke directly with the owner and he was extremely helpful. He even offered 20% off my entire trip if I made the reservation that day! The driver was on time and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We've been using EJ Concierge Ride for several years now and find them punctual, friendly, professional and absolutely committed to client comfort and satisfaction. Ej's driver's know Chicago well and can provided inside information and recommendations on everything from special events to great dining. EJ has been known to pull a few strings to get that special reservation, too.
