We have been to Team vs. Time twice now and we will be back. The rooms are challenging, but not impossible. We have two children, ages 9 and 11, and both of them made important discoveries, without which we would not have been able to solve the room. So everyone got to feel important and useful. The staff member was very polite and helpful.

The title says it all. We had a group of 6 teens and adults. Only one person in the group had done an escape room experience before. We all contributed to solve various problems presented, and we ended up finding the lost book of spells with only 4 seconds remaining! It was quite fun. There is nothing scary or frightening, so that was good. And every escape experience here is a private affair- they don't partner you up with another group. The two young adults working that evening were polite and seemed genuinely interested in their jobs.

My friends and I went as a group of 4 and it was so much fun! We did the Gangster's gamble and the scenario was simple but intriguing. I loved how we weren't just in 1 room. We had to go through 3 rooms total, looking for clues and unlocking locks to get to the final item. The escape room was so creative, challenging, and exciting! I would definitely do it again and with the same number of people because 5 or more people might get a bit hectic and crowded.

The theme of the room was cool, and it could have been fun. But they got us started almost 30 minutes late and there were two very important clues that weren't put back in place before we went in, so there were clues just handed to us that we didn't have to work for, which ruined the fun. There was only one employee there that night, managing 3 different rooms, and that's probably why there were slip ups. That employee was great, it was not his fault at all. He was doing a great job but it's not reasonable for the management company to staff the place that way. We were there on a Saturday night - which you would think warrants multiple employees on staff. I don't know what the management company was thinking.

My family was visiting from out of town. This was a great activity that requried teamwork and figuring out puzzles! There were 5 of us total (ages ranging from 63-24 years old) and we all had a blast. I think it would be fun for kiddos as well!

I'm an avid room escape artist, and Team vs Time does it right. I am in love with their set design and their puzzles. They have puzzles that not only include problem solving, but some that are straight skills. That's what makes it so unique. The receptionist is always so wonderful and charming, and she has shown us kindness every time we've walked in. She even recognized me the last time I came in.

Overall, a wonderful place to be. I don't know what I'll do when I go through all their available rooms!

Myself and 4 friends did gambler's gambit which was awesome. The rules were well explained. We had to use a hint but I liked it because it didn't give everything away, just helped to point us in the right direction. My only complaint was we took a photo and never received it from the company :( Otherwise a good time

Team vs Time Chicago was even better than what I expected! While I was out visiting family, I told them about my experience in CT. We booked and the adventure began. By the time you enter the facility you are already immersed. The set design, the puzzles, the staff, everything was mind-blowing! If you are looking for something unique to do, this is it! Highly recommend, keep up the great work!

I was so excited to see Team vs Time had a location in Chicago when visiting this past week. I had played in their CT location and loved it, wanted to see what their Chicago location had to offer (their CT location was chosen as the Best Room Escape in North America) & if it would compare... it surely did. The level of immersion, set design and creative puzzles was amazing. My friends and I played all of Trip Advisor's recommended Room Escapes in Chicago and these guys definitely blew the others away. Not only are they always private games (super important to us, we don't like being matched with strangers) but also the cheapest in the city!

We had Sebastian & Waldo as Game Masters and they were awesome, they even asked us about our experience after the game, what we liked, what we didn't like. You can tell these guys love what they do and their product truly shows it, something you rarely ever get to see.

If your visiting Chicago or a local looking for a fun new thing to try check them out - if you are room escape enthusiasts like us, you would be missing out if you did not visit these guys!

I just wish Team vs Time would open in the NYC area so I can visit them anytime a new event opened!!

We did one of the current escape rooms as a teambuilding activity. We liked it so much, that we went back 2 days later, to do another room.
The host was friendly, and waited on us, cause we had a little delay due to traffic.
