This is my first time going to a concert at this venue and it was awesome. Going through security went by fast even though it was a lot of people. Staff helped us find our seats without giving attitude. Of course drinks were overpriced 10 bucks for one cup of beer. But overall I enjoyed the experience.

Everything was fine the entire game. Exactly what you would expect from a Bulls game. The same thing we have experienced fifty times. Then my five year old daughter went to center court, after the game was over, to say hi to the Celtics announcer that she knows very well. This security guard, Jim Ashworth I believe, got aggressive with both of us instantly. There is nothing like a big guy bullying a five year old that only wanted to say hi to her friend. When I told him that in the hundreds of basketball games I’ve seen in person I’ve never seen anyone treat a customer (let alone a five year old like this) his reply was, “I’m really glad I’m the worst you’ve ever seen.” He was actually happy that he bullied and tried to intimidate five year old that wanted to see her friend. This is not someone that should be working in public, and certainly not around children. Thank God I was there to protect my daughter.

It had been years since we were at the United center. Was there last night for the Bulls game & was SO IMPRESSED! What an amazing venue! The entertainment value is unmatched beyond the game to the music, performers at breaks & more. A great way to remind us of why we love Chicago. We (senior couple) felt super safe especially using the new Uber Zone. What forward thinking way to run ride shares from such a busy venue! SUPER organized, well lit, easy to find & only a couple minutes from entering, ordering a car & being ushered to the correct lane to find it. Instead of hanging around outside hoping you find your driver, you are INSIDE a terminal it was great! We were lucky to be guests at the BMO club which is crazy cool but the normal seats looked great and fun as well. Oh & every staff member was awesome & patient even when I had some "technical difficulties" finding the tickets on my phone ha! It's a while new world and happy to be a part of it in retirement!

I went to the United Center to see a k-pop band called Enhypen and they were the best venue I have ever went to! Before the concert, I heard a lot of horror stories of
Enhypen's other stops of disorganized staff, but the United Center handled it perfectly. They honored the GA line and kept everyone in order and led us in very calmly stopping people from running or creating a dangerous situation. The staff was very friendly and organized. The venue had a clear view and was the best GA experience I ever had. 10/10 recommend!

We went to our first Chicago Blackhawks game and were extremely impressed with the United Center and Blackhawks operation. The atrium was decked out for the holidays and there were several things for fans to experience before the game. The game itself was fun and the entertainment during dead times was excellent. The United Center staff was fantastic all the way around and do a gret job of interacting with fans. The food was good and not too bad ein price for stadium food. We chose not to park in the UC lots and used a firm called Spot Hero online. The lot was about .7 miles away from the venue and it was a nice evening to walk. Using that company saved us about $12 in parking cost.

It's big, but still a bit quaint. Tons of sports history made here for sure. Came for a Blackhawks Game and it was great. Lower level was worth it for the view. Lots of food and beverage vendors - hardly any wait. Bathroom lines were very long post-match. Food was very good and prices weren't terrible. Seats were pretty comfortable, but those with long legs (6'3" and up) might find the spacing tight.

We came here specifically to see the statues of the greats - Bobby Hull, Stan Mikita and Michael Jordan.
Be ware - the MJ statue has been moved inside the venue and can only be seen during open hours in the Atrium (west side entrance). Hours 10am - 5pm.
Unfortunately we didn't know this and thought it was still stationed outside the venue as google maps indicated and we were there too early in the day to see it. But we did get some pictures with the chicago hockey greats.

This was not a well designed or ran arena. The concession stands were slow and NO ONE wore a mask ANYWHERE. The seats have no cup holders and the fans were getting up and down for food and beers during the play on the ice. Maybe this was a 300 level thing but this was not a great experience.

When are people going to stand up to these stadiums and their incredibly high price gouging. The stadium is nice. The seats are comfortable. $4.75 for a water, $7 for a Pepsi…..ridiculous. The food and beers are out of reach for a family. I hope the owner’s can sleep at night.

An emblematic place that cannot be left out on a tour of Chicago. The Bulls store on the ground floor is worth a visit in itself. The prices are steep. I believe they are equivalent to those in Brazil. But there are many smaller souvenirs, for those who don't have much of a budget.

Is it easy to get an Uber/Lyft after a game or concert? Just wondering how long of a wait. Thanks!

I will be taking two teenagers to a concert at the United Center. Is there a place where I can wait for them? I will not have a ticket.
Written October 11, 2019
There isn’t anywhere to wait, unless you pay for parking and sit in your car. But there are lots of restaurants not too far from the United Center (example Macello on Lake Street) where you could go and hang out.
