Truly one of the great natural history museums of the world. You could easily spend three whole days just exploring the regular collections on display. There are generally 2-3 special exhibits that could also take up a half day apiece. Great food choices also available...More

Currently running a tattoo and terra-cotta soldiers of China special exhibits. Both were fascinating and well worth the price of admission. I initially thought the all inclusive price was too high but the quality of the exhibits was spectacular.

Took my daughter to the museum for the tat exhibit. Though small, was very interesting and worth it. We also walked the rest of the museum and found it very interesting. Especially the Egyptian and dinosaur collections. I'd give it an excellent but the FM...More

This museum was a hit with my 8-year old. Many different exhibits to see - along with hands on exhibits. Will definitely visit again.

Great museum. It may not have as many exhibits as what you would see in NYC museum of natural history or the British museum, however they take advantage on what they have and present it in a nice, friendly and clean way. I felt that...More

Our favorite spot in Chicago but definitely needed more than 3-4 hours (there is so many things to see). Will come back again when in Chicago.

The Fields museum was our first destination in our short trip to Chicago! We walked from downtown, which was an easy 1.2 miles along the lakefront with nice trails and good views. We only paid for the standard entrance ($22/adult in December 2016) so we...More

Very informative and educational museum. It has a lot of exhibits, it brings new exhibits from time to time from all over the world. It also shows different short movies. It's suitable for all ages, however, some exhibits is an added cost. Most see if...More
