About
The Great Escape Room is a real-life room escape game. Escape games are the newest craze sweeping the nation – a fun, team-building, brain-busting experience! The door is locked behind you and 60 minutes are on the clock! You must work together in order to find clues and solve puzzles that will lead you to your escape. Only about 20% of groups are able to meet the challenge and escape in time!

So the first test is finding the place but once u do all is quickly taken care if and you can get into your room. I would recommend that you start with an easy room if you have never did one of these. The way the clues work and the thought process is a little different (as one might expect) so get your feet wet in an easy one first and then move on. No matter what do go with a big group as often times the collection of the clues can take the majority of your time and the more people you have the more time u have to work out what the clues mean. We appreciate the 5-stars. It's always great to see another satisfied customer! We do indeed have several different "styles" of escapes as you'll notice on our website. Glad you found everything challenging as well as unique to other escapes you've done.

This was the first escape room for our family, though we were with a couple other families that had done an escape room before. We did the Sherlock Library. We had five kids ages 10-14 in our group. They had a blast tearing apart the room and finding the clues. We managed to escape in the allotted time with help from our guide. :-) She was very nice and the whole experience was a lot of fun.

Aaliyah was fantastic for our room (President’s Bunker) and had an extremely positive energy the entire time (despite it being late at night and us being the last room)!! 10,000% recommend. Great time!

We had a great time with family of 8 ages 53 to 11..Michael (Watson) made the experience...he made it super fun. The room and puzzles were very interesting. We didn't set any records, but we did solve it!

This place was super fun and they were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Eight of us went to the Great Escape Room Chicago to celebrate a birthday. We all had a great time! Everyone participated, and felt that they were part of the victory.

They did a great job. The staff was very helpful, and the hints were delivered in a way that helped us with a step but did not give away the entire solution. We had a great time. Many in the group had never done an escape room before, but afterwards they were very excited to do another one.

We tried the Colosseum Escape Room, which we were told was one of the more difficult ones. We weren't hopeful of escaping as it was our first ever escape room, but we did! Really great fun, the workers there were helpful without handing you the answers to problems. Highly recommended.

Thank you for the great review! We're glad you had a memorable time. Escape the Colosseum is quite the challenge. We're glad you got to play our latest and greatest escape.
If you ever want to come back, we definitely recommend trying one of our 60-minute experiences! Maybe a valiant attempt at saving the world in the Bunker.
