The admission is very expensive and less than half the exhibits are open. Should modify price to fit current operating percent.

We had a great Zoo Lights experience despite COVID! I was worried about social distancing but everyone followed the precautions and was respectful of each other. We enjoyed the animals that were available (those lions are awesome) too. The lights were gorgeous and our kids had a blast!

You have to make a reservation for a timed entry. We made ours for 3:00 PM so we could see some animals plus the lights. Yes, you cannot go inside any buildings but considering what’s going on with Covid, it was very enjoyable. The decorations and lights were fantastic. Great thing to do to get outside and enjoy.

Made a fall visit because we were glad to see they were open. However, it's only open for outside animal displays. So you cannot go in any of the buildings. Very disappointing. It's my fault, they do tell you this, but they don't discount the price. Wait for the zoo to fully re-open...that's not likely 'til next year.

Open only with prepaid reservations during pandemic, but there were too many people allowed to congregate. Mask wearing required, but impossible to enforce 100%. All the great indoor exhibits, including primates were understandably, sadly, closed.
