If you want to view the death of retail, come here. Sears, Macy's, JCP and bergners, all gone. The smaller stores slowly starving. Used to be a nice mall. Now decimated by Amazon.

Mall was okay. The beat department store they had was Sears. I was disappointed they didn't have a Macy's.

They do have some attraction for kids such as an arcade, train ride, and carousel.

Wall was just okay, I wouldn't come back there again unless it was to eat there.

Those who think Eastland Mall is excellent, have never ventured to a big city. The food court is in shambles and the mall is in need of a major remodel. Even the big chains carry a poor selection. Take the 2.5 hour drive to Chicago for real shopping. Sad to say, Macy's was the best looking store in the mall and they are usually near the bottom just above Sears.

Well, this is the only mall I know that is indoor in Bloomingtoon. So that's why I give a Very Good review because you can't get any better. But this mall I won't call huge. It has almost everything you would want but there's no McD, Bestbuy etc. Those stuff are just around the corner though. I love FYE because there's a lot of promotional stuff here. I just bought World War Z 3D Bluray for just $10. The staff here is awesome. During winter time, this mall is almost empty which is a shame.

The stores were nice and clean. The parking lot is not well lit at night though. Had to run in late to buy a coat due to the freezing cold. I was able to get one right before closing. The people were very helpful.

We had teen visitors from Japan who wanted to go shopping in big mall.
I had business at ISU, so we chose to go to Eastland. When we pulled in Was a little worried as there was vacant store and going out of business sign. However, the mall was fine. It was clean, including the restroom.
It is a fairly typical mid American mall. Food court seemed limited, but we weren't planning to eat there.
It seem safe, we had no problems.

This mall is very typical in its design and layout for most Midwestern towns and cities: a big parking lot, rather basic food court, several stores, some are more attractive than others, and a lot more people on weekends. If you are in the area and you know what you are looking for , this is not a bad place to shop. Now they have Macy's, too, not sure if they are doing great since they moved here from Peoria. On Halloween this mall usually attracts a lot of families with kids doing trick-or-treat at stores -- nice!
