Visited several times this summer on a whim to pick my own blackberries, peaches and even vegetables. They make the system super easy and explain how to tell if the items are ripe before you pick. Eyes are always bigger than my stomach so always end up freezing some of the fruit.

Eckert's offers a lot of things to do for kids and adults alike. Mainly, I go here to shop. I love their country store. It's a little pricy, but it makes me feel better to shop local. They have a great butcher counter along with a nice selection of cheeses. In the summer and spring they have awesome plants and... More

I've been a few times, mostly to pick up fresh produce and baked goods but have also attended some music events. Fun, family friendly atmosphere. I've never done pick-your own, but there are often lots of families and groups there for it, so I assume it's good.

We went to Eckert's for an annual family Apple picking. We enjoy Exkert's. However, this year there wasn't many apples that were available. Apparently the wet and hot summer was hard on the apples. We spent 15 mins trying to find a row of trees with apples that were decent. It was a bit disappointing.

We've been here a few times now and always have the same experience. The farm is great for apple picking and the kids love the rides, etc. But the restaurant is horrible. We waited forty minutes for a table only to wait another forty minutes for overpriced, subpar food. The waiter had no explanation and didn't seem to care.

We have been coming here to pick apples around my husband's birthday on September 18th since our oldest daughter was 2 - about 37 years. We came a couple of weeks early this year with the 4 younger grandchildren since we wouldn't be home for his birthday. I was happy to find out we would be picking Jonathans since I... More

As a child my family went to Eckert's on a regular basis. It's good fun for family of all ages because you can go and pick in season fruit yourselfs. The food is absolutely amazing also. It's much easier to enjoy after wearing the kids down a bit. I always stop by when visiting family in the area.

Peaches were well picked over and what was there was not ripe. Decent price if you could find some. Waited about 5 minutes for a table..no biggie..waitress was very friendly. AUCE chicken was fresh and hot, could have been crispier. Pot roast sandwich was awful! Tasteless and more fat than roast. They charged 3.29 for a small og of about... More

We have been to the store at Eckert's several times to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, wine, bakery, cheese, preserves, salad dressings, etc. but a week ago we went to the restaurant for brunch for the first time. The service, atmosphere, and food were all every bit first-class, just as the products in the store. We will be back again and... More

a repeat visit for any meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner. We so enjoy the fresh vegetables and fruits - a special treat is their house salad.
