Good beach with blue view ocean, but since google maps direct us with a very bad road..like we're gonna offroad, so please stay on asphalt road although google maps cranky at you 😂

This beach has a long beach line to walk than others in Sungailiat, it has a good beach view with good access, it takes only 3.000 IDR/person for ticket entry, buta you will not see big rocks in there

Clean white sand beach, somewhat quiet, nothing spectacular. There were only a few food stalls by the beach. Public facility like toilet didn't exist. Well, there are one but it was locked and didn't seem well maintained.

Went here on a long weekend trip but the place was empty!!! The beach was so white and so long, me and my bf found a 800m spot/area where we're the only one on the sand and in the water. The sand was soft, the water was warm, great place to relax, sunbath, and swim!

Such a pity. I used to go here long time ago and it's still clear in memory that this beach has such a long coast and beautiful sand with some big trees. But now it's totally changed.

This beach located near Matras Village, Sungailiat (approximately 2 hours from the airport). When I visited in the morning (7 am), it reflect its beauty with clear blue color, beautiful rocks sequence, and small fishes that will approach us when we stand near the shore. Matras is very natural long beach since it is not commercial beach compared to Parai... More

Come to Matras Beach, only apprx 1 hour from Pangkalpinang. Just a step from Parai Beach, but you can see Parai beach from the hill of the rock, surrounding Matras Beach. It has very nice rock, sand and beach.

very nice beach with less tourists. Enterance fee just rp 3,000. The sand is very soft, white and c clean. Not much to do there except swim and enjoy to see the beach, This is my favorite beach compare with parai because it still natural and not commercial. Very beautiful long beach.

One of my favorite beaches in Bangka Island is Matras Beach. The location can be reached about 1,5 hours from Pangkalpinang Airport. The cost is cheaper than Paray Beach. You only pay IDR 5,000 / person or IDR 20,000 / car . The sand is very soft and white. The view is fantastic. You can swim, barbeque, play volley ball,... More
