I highly recommend the new boardwalk opened between Malabar and Maroubra. This walk is along side the cliffs and the view is outstanding. You can also see whales passing by if you happen to be there at the whale season.

Lovely walk around Malabar heads, we intentionally went during whale season and were lucky enough to see two whales come within 20m of the cliff we were standing on.
