We go to monthly programs put on by the Southwest Idaho Bird Association on the second Thursday of every month they have outstanding programs about birds and wildlife.

Lake Lowell in Sept/November is a must visit for photography, walking trails and sight seeing. The fall colors along the lakes banks are beautiful.

Nice wildlife refuge that includes lake Lowell Reservoir for boating, hunting and fishing. No wake zone allows for good fishing before the dog days of summer hit. There are also some nice trails to hike as well as bird watching. Nice sandy beaches with picnic...More

Deer Flats is a great place to view ducks and geese in the winter and other birds, and during the summer to go fishing. The water can get a little "green" during the late summer when the water levels drop during irrigation season.
