Reserving our E bikes was super easy on their website. We picked up our bikes at a local hotel lobby and hit the bike/ running trail that connects Moscow & Pullman. It's such a beautiful, peaceful and fun ride. The bikes worked perfectly and were completely charged and ready to go for us! We'd 100% rent E bikes again here at Paradise.

We loved the e bike! We rented it for my Dad who has COPD and it was great for him! We took it on the Hiawatha bike trail and without the e bike he couldn’t have gone. Best Western was so easy to work with but I had a really hard time figuring out their website. I made several calls to the bike shop to figure it out.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the rental bikes were well priced. We did the Ladah trail which was described as “moderate” difficulty with “some” elevation. I would rate it as “brutal”, but I’m mid-50-ish and plump. Still, I would do the ride again. Thanks Paradise Creek Bicycles!

We rented bikes for the Moscow to Troy ride. I am a regular (mountain) biker, my wife is an occasional rider but is fit and healthy. We are in our 50's. I rented a commuter style, and she rented her first e-bike. I predict I will have to buy her one now! A young woman employee (extremely helpful) helped explain how it worked to her, and she got the hang of the pedal assist. For most of the ride, she had it set on low, she said she bumped it up to 3 (out of 6?8?) on the hill out of Troy. In any case, we rode the 25+ miles together. This is the first time we've had a ride like this where we were able to ride together. She was able to get exercise with the assist set on low, I got a good little ride in and we had a great time. The shop and bikes were clean and in good shape, and the the owner was very helpful, too. Would recommend x100.

Thank you for the kind review! E-bikes are certainly a game-changer when it comes to riding together. Let us know if we can do anything else!

Really friendly team and great service - we wish they had mountain biking but we really enjoyed our e bike ride out to Troy then over to Pullman.
Keep up the great work team.
Cheers

Super friendly staff, and great bikes! The only downside was the advertising icon pop up on the website was incompatible with my phone, and I couldn’t get through to access the website.

We were in town to visit with family and wanted to rent a couple of road bikes to explore the area. Both Anna and T-Jay spent time with us to properly fit the bikes and to ensure we found some great places to ride. Just a great experience!

I do not even know where to begin. . . first of all the shop is incredible and seems like a big part of the community in Moscow. People who walk in know the owners and employees. It has a family vibe- almost like a hub of the town where you can walk in to chat/learn about new things or check out new equipment. With that being said the shop even makes "outsiders"/travelers feel right at home and equally important.

I have limited knowledge of bicycles (I am learning thanks to Paradise Creek) and I didn't feel out of place through my process of purchasing a bike, learning new skills, and acquiring the appropriate equipment. This is an ongoing learning experience in which they are happy to help you along the way.
T Jay is super excited and passionate about bikes and teaching others. His skill set with bikes, coaching background, and medical insight makes for the perfect triple threat that can not be surpassed! Incredibly appreciative of his expertise, and it makes me all the more excited to get into a new lifetime passion.

I purchased a comfort bike from Paradise Creek 1 1/2 years ago that just never felt quite like the right bike. TJ spent a lot of time helping me find just the right bike. His sense of humor, knowledge and dedication to biking made this shopping experience excellent. He gave me a very fair trade in value for my gently used bicycle and matched me with the perfect bike. Best costumer service i've had in a long time. Wouldn't buy a bike anywhere else!

Paradise hooked it up!!! I didn't even buy my new Cannonade Habit from the shop, but they treated me like royalty. Super cool guys in the shop... very knowledgable... and they got me all set up. This is my first mountain bike but I'm no novice. Ive ridden some of the classic trails in Crested Butte, Salida, Durango. They built my bike, got me everything I need to get out and shred. It's only 100 miles away for me but it is well worth the drive. I was out riding the local single track within the day and Im headed back now for a tune up. I highly recommend this bike shop. Oh, and grab a gyro for lunch next door. So Good!
