Heated, Olympic sized 50 meter swimming pool with ten, seven and five meter diving platforms as well as three and one meter spring boards. Curly slides for the ride of your life or the new speed slides shoot you down at over 35 miles per hour. Lots of grass space for picnicking or you can purchase food at the on-site grill. Outdoor pool is open the summer months only. the Indoor Aquatic Center is open all year with a poolside climbing wall, springboards and basketball hoops. Heated floors throughout the dressing rooms provide warmth and comfort for all swimmers. Coming in winter of 2013 is an indoor kiddie play area with all the fun a zero depth splash and play area can provide. Year round fun coupled with access to the World Famous Hot Pools make this a must see and do destination.

We have taken all of our extended family here several times. This is not the Hot Springs facility. The Hot Springs facility is about 1/2 a mile east on the main road through the small town. The swimming complex has several water slides, several diving boards and I believe it is 3 diving platforms. You need to sign a release... More

Our family has a reunion in the Lava area every other year. We always bring a pack of kids to the pool one afternoon. Plenty to do - water slides, diving boards, picnic areas.... Fun for all. Nice locker rooms too! Also adults only areas a certain times of the day for exercise swimmers - check the schedules online. And... More

Lots of fun for all in our group. Something to do for most ages. Bring your own shade and chairs. Outside food is allowed. Lifeguards were well trained and took their responsibilities seriously. Pricing is family friendly as well.

The pool and slides are fun but they really need to fix the showers. The water pressure out of the showers is literally like a pressure washer. It is either on or off. These showers will rip your skin off. My wife got bruises from the water pressure. I mentioned it to the people up front. Hopefully they take care... More

The $10/per person cost includes both this collection of pools (huge outside; oversize inside, wonderful multi-station toddler's area, long slides for teens and even three levels of diving stations, plus a 10(?) person hot tub without jets) plus "Idaho's World Famous Hot Pots." Lifeguards seemed to rotate every hour, so they could stay fresh and focused. This place isn't far... More

We stopped off here during a road trip to just air out the kids and do something fun. They have several waterslides and high dives (different levels). It was busy the day we went (Sunday). It was a little pricey on Sunday but during the week it's much cheaper. They have lockers you can rent for a quarter and you... More

Visited 8.11.16, a Thursday after driving 141 miles. Worth the trip. This is a large community pool complex divided into two indoor pools and one very large outdoor pool. There are two big, height limited outdoor slides on the west side that our grand kids just loved. There is a small indoor hot tub that adjoins the kiddie pool. The... More

The pools are all warm and lightly chlorinated. But didn't burn the eyes at all. Very well maintained. Lot's of lifeguards. Thrill seeking fun from the 10meter platform. Decent diving boards. A few fun slides. Lot's of open lawn space for lounging. Indoor kids water zone. Generally awesome.

We spent an hour at this pool after a long drive through Idaho. Multiple large pools, multiple diving boards, and hot tub means there is plenty to do. The only negative is a big one for me though. The pool water was mostly clean but the showers and pool drains all looked like they were growing small animals because of... More

Dear N. Carolina Girl, Thanks for letting us know about your experience here at the Olympic Swimming Complex. You are correct, it was the end of a very busy holiday weekend but, that is no excuse. We will address with staff that when the floors are squeege'd throughout the day to remember to pick up the stuff that is left... More
