Great quirky place to stay

The rooms are clean and spacious (at least the one I stayed in was). My wife and I really liked staying here and it really helps that they have their own hot pools.

We did not stay there but went to use their pools. I liked that there were multiple size and type of pools to choose from. My honey liked that it was less crowded and more private. I have friends stay here that rented private rooms with their own hot tub and a small kitchenette. You can pick what kind of... More

We always stay here when traveling between Montana and Nevada. I Love the quaint, old hospital-the rooms are adequate, very basic, shared bath. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and the breakfast is amazing!

This is a funky old place that can always use a few repairs, but we still love it. Most of the rooms are small and only have a shared bathroom across the hall. The price is right though. Included in the basic room price is soaking for 2 and breakfast. If you allow for the cost of food and soaking,... More

Our room had spider webs, a leaking 'solarium', old doors, messed up light switches - and some cheesy 'faux fireplace' light on the wall. The heater should have been replaced in the 50's...the doors 'shut themselves' - the 'Hot Tub' took for-ever and a day to fill. The carpet - well, my wife put towels on the carpet so we... More

This inn is right in the middle of town. The place is rather run down, but there are seven pools that are different temperatures. Nice place to spend a couple hours.

This is my favorite spot to rest and relax while in Idaho. The pools are hot and authentic. The vibe is the best thing about this place. Very chill, laid back and comfortable. You can sense the history and some say that it's haunted. A lot of interesting characters cruise through here. I've met an exotic gypsy, wealthy business folk,... More

A couple of things about this Euro-style pension. 1. Don't miss staying here if you plan on an overnight or two in Lava Hot Springs. The folks who run it are accommodating and cheerful. The morning breakfast is plentiful and goes beyond cold cereal and fruit cups. 2. The pools. I'll say it again-- the pools! They are restful and... More

My friend and I go for a getaway every year. This year was the 19th year in a row. Normally we go in May but this year we had to go in July. There are a ton more people during the season so if you go up during the season be prepared for that. I love this hotel and will... More

Was given room 4. It had a double bed, a small corner dresser, a night stand and a small chair. There were two community bathrooms across the hall. No t.v., so very relaxing. They have pools on both sides with live music at night while you soak. The Inn is just off the Main Street and close enough to the... More
