We drove from Ketchum up thru the Sawtooth Wilderness Area to Boise Idaho. It is about an hour longer than going south from Ketchum to Boise. It was a very twisty winding road where at times you slow down to 20 km an hour. The...More

This was a very pleasant hike. It was beautiful and very quiet. Just you and nature. Getting to it is a little tricky from the dirt road off 75. It gets very rocky, slow, and tedious, so take it slow, but It is worth the...More

We have loved all of Idaho. The scenic drives are so breathtaking. Several good travel industry brochures help you see all sights. There are hot springs along some roads. You just park and go hop in!

Love the Iron Creek to Sawtooth Lake hike. Take a lunch & enjoy it overlooking the largest alpine lake around. The final climb is a bit challenging with some steep switchbacks but so worth it when you get there.
