I swamped my outboard motor on the first day of our family vacation on Hebgen Lake. I called Kevin at Mountain Mayhem and, despite having lots of other work ahead of me, he got me in right away. I asked if he had the time, he said "no, but we have to save your motor." And that he did. I was back on the lake that afternoon. And his fee was VERY reasonable. Highly recommend.

This place has been in business for over 22 years. The service was quick and efficient. They got my nephews suited up quick and the snowmobiles were ready quick up front. The owner took a few minutes and personally showed is the trails and some good hot spots as well as places to avoid since they weren't groomed. He even provided us with a grooming report. Coolest part was the free hot cocoa. It was a life saver after having been on the sled all day. Be sure to order early they sell out quickly. You can save money by having your own equipment to include a helmet (required by law) and goggles

We have been renting with Mountain Mayhem for the past 7 years, they are always friendly and helpful. They teach us about the machines before we even leave. We hardly ever have problems up until the last couple years. I have been around snowmobiles for the past 11 years, I know how to fix them, maintain them and operate them. I know what they should be capable of. I know that sometimes the belts break and in normal circumstances it only takes a couple minutes to change a belt. I know sometimes things happen. But they have both always been so kind. Sometimes Kevin is busy and doesn't get out to greet his customers much but not because he is grumpy, because he works hard to try to keep the snowmobiles upkeep. He has always been very nice, and always tries to understand issues we have had. He asks about the problems, not because he is interested in what happened, but because he wants to try to fix the problem for future riders. I have been very pleased with the way he handled our problems this weekend, and I will rent from him again.

The lady owner was wonderful and everything was good until the 800 RMK sled I rented stopped working, so I called the owner and told him it broke down and where it was. He got very upset and acted like I did something to the sled. No refunds were offered. A few days after the incident my wife called to see if there might be any additional charges and he was extremely rude to her.

I have been renting snowmobiles from Kevin and Tanya for 17 years. I typically visit the area twice during the winter and rent from them each time I am there. The service and the machines have always been great. You could not ask for a better place or people to rent from. As with any equipment you occasionally have problems but they are taken care proffessionally and quickly. I was scheduled to travel there this past weekend but I got a call from Kevin about a week ago telling me that the snow conditions were bad. He ask me to rethink my trip. We ended up canceling at the last minute. Most places would have been more interested in the rental. Kevin wants to make sure that all his customers have a great experience. Great people, great place.
