Why was this not open during a week day? And there was no sign about when it would be open again. Get your acts together folks, as many people want to visit your city!

Great little place to stop. Information, souvenirs, picnic tables, a pond, and bathrooms. Also a payphone. My cell phone did work here, but not every where in town.

In a nice location, but not a lot of info here . . . .not sure if it was worth the stop but there is a nice pond in the back and public restrooms.

love coming here after a great soak at THE SPRING, need to see this whole town to apperciate it and Idaho citys history and the history in the area. so much to see and do here along with just appreciating the people .

This visitor center is right along Idaho State Highway 21 (Ponderosa Pine Scenic Byway) so it makes a great rest stop. There's a small museum with exhibits and a gift shop. Educational signs explain the mining history of the area, and some equipment is on...More
