    Beautiful garden - phone beforehand
The parts or the gardens that we saw were really lovely and well tended, although we did only see the parts around the entrance. There was a bell to ring for the tour guide but sadly for us it seemed that nobody was around. It's a bit out of the way so I'd suggest phoning ahead to make there's someone there.

Beautiful gardens made better with a great tour
Really great tour from Shaun! The gardens are really lovely and the tour was so informative Shaun also picked different leaves (bay, all spice, cinnamon etc) so we could smell the different spices and also picked star fruit for us to try which was delicious. There were lots of beautiful and interesting plants to learn about all of which were explained well to us Definitely worth a visit!

    A Peaceful Interlude
The gardens were peaceful and lovely, set into a hillside. There was a variety of trees and flowering shrubs, and the opportunity to take some interesting photos. The experience was enhanced by the guide, who also tends to the gardens, he was very knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to his work.

    Oasis of tranquility
We were happy that we came here! Shawndex is a great guide, very knowledgeable and one of 3 employees in this garden. You can feel, that he is working there for 5+ years, as he knows all the plants and animals and he made our tour (approx. 45- 60 min) really enjoyable. Worth visiting! The garden itself is 3 acres big, but the normal tour is about the first two levels (not sure if they would open up for an extended tour if people are interest, but the area there is also very hilly). Be aware, that your taxi driver is not dropping you off the nearby garden (Laura´s herb and spice)! Thanks Shawn!

Having turned up, no appointment, we spent a wonderful hour or more being shown around by a young man (name like Shaun). The range of plants and knowledge of the young man was extensive and fascinating.
As a family group ranging from 18 to 80 everyone enjoyed and the non gardeners surprised themselves by appreciating the guided tour far more than they expected. Meeting the tortoises was a bonus on top.
The young man would love to go to the Chelsea flower show and I feel sure it will happen for him one day, his love and knowledge of horticulture and nature will get him there, he deserves it. Thank you.

We also had a tour from Shaun (Sean?). He was incredibly knowledgeable about the huge variety of plants they had growing at the garden. We also met some tortoises (pictured). I’d recommend to everyone!

The tour was great but Shaun himself was amazing, I know he has big ambitions and I really back him to achieve them!

Our guide Shawn/Sean was great and showed us many beautiful flowers and interesting plants and different palm trees. He also gave us cinnamon leaves and bay leaves to smell and showed us tortoises. Lovely visit and we enjoy the tour.

FYI - you can park at the top of the hill before going down towards the sign for the garden which makes it easier when you leave.

I took this tour through Celebrity Cruise excursions. What a treat! Our guide, Shawn, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging throughout the tour. The extensive variety of plants was remarkable. I enjoyed seeing the red-footed tortoises. The tour lasted about one hour and did involve climbing steps without rails and walking on non-paved surfaces. Great option if you're visiting Granada.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Shaun who was extremely knowledgeable. Well worth visiting. A little tricky to find. We hope it continues to operate despite the owner sadly having died.
A most delightful morning and everything beautifully labelled
