Nice beach, it's a bit dirty and you have to pay to use the toilets and to shower and change. You can get pestered by the sellers on the beach though.

+ Good for kids with shallow slope into sea. Warm water. - Sand has broken shells in areas. - Packed with rows of beach huts/tents in many places.

Most beaches along here aren't free which is a shame, we were constantly asked to move even if sitting on rocks or something on the free part... but the weather was nice and it is a pleasant beach

It all depends on what sort of ticket you have bought for local transport. If you have a 24, 48 or 72 hour pass for the ACTV waterbusses then there is no extra charge to get to Lido - there are various routes to get you... More

the vaporetos are the best way to visit everything. we bought a 7 day pass and never looked back. we took vaporetos at least twice a day. some days 4 times a day. have fun.. ech line goes to different places so look at... More

The best way is to walk about 5 minutes up to lido there is the airport water bus it's £15 euros
