Met the Owner (Brie), and had multiple selections of great crafted beer. This is not an ordinary brewery. The quality and variety of brews are second to none. We pride ourselves in appreciating quality brews and these are the best.

I was very impressed by the range and unique nature of many of the beers. The tap room in town offers a great choice in a large spacious location with helpful knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Delicious local beer. They brew everything from sours to stouts. Lots and lots of choices. There’s no food but there are eateries nearby and they often deliver right to Barbarian. This a great laid back place to meet with friends and drink great beer.

Definitley one of the Best Breweries I have ever tried. The Sour Patch Kids Gose was INSANE! Also tried the Barbarian Blonde, Brockleberry and Apricot Ice Cream Ale, ALL were awesome. Kudos to the Brewers

This is hands down the best brewery I’ve visited while in Idaho. The selection is insane, ranging from a Gose brewed with 15 lbs of sour patch kids, to an ale brewed with 150 lbs of peaches and gallons of ice cream! Don’t Citra ‘Self...More
