My first time with the whole spa experience. I requested 4 services from the "menu". When I arrived, a gentleman (in a robe) came to the front desk to remind them that he had been waiting 30 min for a massage. A gal phoned an employee at the front desk to remind he/she was on the schedule & where was he/she. Not real professional. The reception area was very busy and chaotic with patrons, friends, and employees. I had my pedicure and was asked to let the polish dry for about 2 hrs. Then on to a facial/brow wax, shaping, tinting and microblading which took about 2.5 hrs. After the procedures, I put my shoes on and discovered (when I got home) that the polish had smeared. It seems to me that the pedicure should have been the last procedure. As I mentioned, this was my first spa day. I did not realize that a facial consisted of several applications of oils and lotions...seem like overkill. I developed a reaction (itching, welts) from the wax that I am still battling after a few days. I am NOT insinuating that this was the fault of the spa or any employee. It was an expensive ($250) learning experience for me and now I know.

I LOVE Zi Spa! My wonderful husband made sure I was pampered with a deep tissue massage after being I'll for 2 weeks with a respiratory infection. The therapist I had did a GREAT JOB if ensuring my sensitive back areas pressure was not uncomfortable and that I was able to relax. My favorite part is the STEAM SHOWER! Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable razors and shave cream are first class. The robes are luxuriously soft. The lounge is facing the river. Although the view is becoming ubstructed with building "boo". They have wonderful mimosas, wunes, sparkling water to order and herbal tea and spa water in the lounge for self service. Can't wait to go back. I feel the best I have in months. Thank you Zi Spa staff for treating me like a queen. Plus I was gifted a rose because it was Valentine's Day
