Asa was an awesome guide! We had a ton of fun on the river, and he’s an absolute expert guiding the raft.

The guides combined to give awesome safety briefings and ensure that everybody was comfortable, knew what to do, and knew how to stay safe in every situation.

The Clark Fork was a great choice for us because it had a mix of gentle floating water and level two and three rapids interspersed perfectly.

Definitely pay attention to their pro tip to not wear cotton clothes. Buy a short sleeve and/or long sleeve swim shirt made of some kind of moisture wicking fabric. You’ll be thankful after you get splashed by rapid and dry out right away. Cotton stays wet for a long time, and you’ll be cold.

If your guy does great, make sure you give a nice tip!

This day trip was the perfect getaway for our busy team of 8! There was enough thrill for our adrenaline junkies to keep them entertained and enough caution to keep our nervous nellies comfortable. Everyone enjoyed it and we are considering making this an annual team event! The recommended gear list was super helpful, so pay attention to that. If you go on a sunny day, don't forget sunglasses and straps to keep them on. Everyone from the administrative staff to the river guides went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable.

My husband and I cycled the 6-day ride on the Centennial, Coeur d'Alene, and Hiawatha Rail-to-Trails through ROW Adventures. We had a great time! All of the accommodations were excellent, and the scenery was beautiful. The ride was mostly flat, and almost the entire length of the ride was on designated bicycle trails. We also stayed at the River Dance Lodge for 3 days in Syringa, ID, through ROW. Wonderful accommodation and staff. The cabins were clean, comfortable, and cute. We tried our hands at fly fishing with a patient, knowledgeable, and friendly guide provided through ROW. Everything about our trip was great, and we look forward to more trips through ROW Adventures.

I would not utilize this service. I injured my knee two weeks prior requiring knee surgery. They would not refund even 1 of our 3 reservations for a wading trip. So paid for 3 people and 2 went, and we had a part time guide who didn't really know the river well and told us this was a bad time to fish it in the season (after we got there)... caught 3 fish in 8 hours and never changed up one fly. Looooong and expensive day.

Where do I start to review this World Class Company? We had the joy of travelling the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in June 2022 with high water levels with Jake, Alec, Kara, Garrin, Josie, Bridgette, Henry, Brian. This was my first trip EVER on a raft and I'm sold! One day 2, we ripped through the rapids of Pistol together and I was so in awe of this exceptionally safe, talented, professional team. Can you believe this crew made us Cast Iron Lasagna at a camp with Morel Mushrooms they picked on their off day? Thank you again...and let Peter and Betsy know, we have just one final request...Can ROW come to Alaska waters soon? We want to christen the first raft with champagne that hits Alaskan waters with this crew, they're family to me! Thank you again. Cindy

Our family of five went on a two day rafting trip on the Lochsa River. My husband and I went with three of our adult children ages 20, 23 and 29. We had a great time! I was very anxious about the trip because I have never rafted class IV rapids before. I'm a strong swimmer and physically active so I was told that I would be just fine rafting the Lochsa. We had the best time! Our guides (Jeff and Alec) were terrific! They were very safety conscious and made sure we were all comfortable and safe at all times. We were fortunate to have other guides training in a boat behind us. I cannot say enough good things about Row and their guides. Thank you to Jeff, Alec, Anna, Mike, Farrell, Ross, Austin and Kim. We will be scheduling another trip next year on one of your other river adventures. Until next time... ☀️

We had an excellent experience on the Clark Fork. The trip is rated a I to III but the river was low. Two rafts, two leaders with 3 other guides accompanying for fun. There was one drop where our raft did not ride the rapid correctly but our guide quickly executed commands that brought us out safely. As an inexperienced rafter I didn't have any fear. We were very pleasantly surprised by the care the two guides took in preparing our lunch of meat, cheese, bread condiments, chips, dips, veggies and fruit. The team carries extra water and kept phones safe in dry bags. There were periods of rest and play for the younger participants. Completely recommend.

What an awesome day on the water! ROW did a great job of keeping our family together on the trip and our guide Carly was amazing! Directions were clear and she kept us safe. We were well prepared for each rapid "plan" prior to entering the faster waters. Plenty of calm waters to recharge and have fun splashing/using water guns between our own family and other boats. Lots of rapids to look forward to and navigate!

The lunch spread was IMPRESSIVE! Fresh cut fruit and veggies, chips/dip, hummus and drinks for snacks and a huge sandwich spread. Very quickly put together and so delicious on a hot day.

Definitely pack sunscreen, water shoes/sandals with a heel, shirt covering shoulders if desired, and a hat is a great idea. It's REALLY dusty at the meeting point, so just be prepared for that!

Trip was EPIC! Alec and Garin were our guides for a 3 day trip with 12 total friends. About half with prior white water experience. The river was awesome, lots of white water and excitement each day. Our guides were absolute professionals, very experienced on the river, incredible cooks, hard working to make sure the trip went off without a hitch, and fun to be around. We would have followed these guys off the Hoover Dam if they said "DIG IN". Camp was very comfortable with quality food (salmon, steak, beat salad, mashed potatoes to name a few). When the river calms down between rapids, the scenery and dark green, with towering pines in untouched nature. The company was easy to coordinate with, professional and prompt with questions, and obviously cares about the keeping the river pristine. I would highly recommend of the Lochsa in June, ROW Adventures, and Alec and Garin!

Great trip in every way. These people are dedicated to showing you a good time and keeping you safe. Well organized, friendly, wonderful staff. Very impressed with their common-sense and sensible approach to the present COVID realities: they kept us all safe. Good folks. I'll book again and wouldn't think of doing it with anyone else.
