Beautful, Clean Park

This park provides some gorgeous views and looks like they have activities during the day. We were there at end of the day and viewed a beautiful sunset.

walked all over Coeur d'Alene, loved the park, buildings, the people and the food. I was amazed at how clean it was. A welcome sight in a large city.

They have lots of activities during the year (Art on the Green their and at nearby NIC is a can't-miss event), but the best parts are the kids play area, the beach access and the paths for running and walking.

We rode our bikes all over the park and around town from the park. There are bike lanes marked on the side streets so it is safer than going down the main streets. The park had a dog area and a play area for kids.

Really well kept park, nice swimming area, close to downtown area shops and lots of dining. Very nice employees and owners of shops and people in general. Nice selection of gifts and shopping.

Our two-year old son enjoyed his first beach here. He loved it and so did we. This is the reason Coeur d'Alene is so popular. It's why the resort is located where it is. If you have a short visit, you must go here.

I have lived here for 47 yrs and this area is always paradise. Great please to come and sit and watch people or walk thru the park. If you want to shoot some hoops or have kids or grandkids this is a place for them. The views of the mountains are awesome.

An extension to the McEuen park with great views on the lake and water sports with added history. A great place for families to go.

This was such a beautiful place to walk around. The city has put so much money into keeping it up. It was very clean. It's a good place to take children, or just go for an afternoon walk. The views of the lake are stunning. I also enjoyed looking for statues of the mouse on the moose.

Our family has been in CDA since late 1800's early 1900's. We grew up by the park, Independence Point the beauty has always been awesome to see an adventure in. It's well maintained and charming! Please let's keep it this way.
