This park front the Lake, and is full of activities the weekend we were there. It is safe to stroll and seems secure for users. Very clean and peaceful at night. Walking distance from the Resort we lived in. Coeur d'Alene is a small and beautiful place that is worth to visit next chance we have.

My wife and I really enjoyed the City Park and Independence Point. Parking was easy and close to the beach front. The park is really green and has lots of activities going on for family fun and we loved sitting and listening to the band play. Not sure who the name of the band but they really drew a crowd... the park is lovely and large with lots of green grass, play area for the kids, picnic tables and a great beach just feet away with a wonderful view of the most beautiful lake in north Idaho.

Taking photographs on a Summer day will draw the attention of the local Police and an investigation for taking pictures of children! Show some class Idaho your racisim is shownig.

we spend the better part of the day here. It has good facilities such as change rooms and bathrooms. There are lots of restaurants near by though we brought a picnic lunch. The water is clear and a pleasant temperature. Our son enjoyed fishing off the dock.

While staying in Coeur d'Alene we took our five year old granddaughter to CDA City Park. She loved playing in the playground area. Lots of trees abandoned grass for those warmer, sunny days! Don't forget to look for Mudgy the Moose!

I highly recommend taking a walk down there while in Coeur d'Alene. It's a very large park and is very well kept. The Tubb's Hill trails can be accessed from it and it has great views of the lake. Lots of different areas to explore.

This park provides some gorgeous views and looks like they have activities during the day. We were there at end of the day and viewed a beautiful sunset.

walked all over Coeur d'Alene, loved the park, buildings, the people and the food. I was amazed at how clean it was. A welcome sight in a large city.
