We are just beginning in our golf journey and found this to be a challenging but super fun course. The staff is very helpful and the greens are kept up. We were there on a tournament day and they were very accommodating to tell us a time to tee off before the tourney started. We did not eat there but the food smelled great. We will be back!…

This course is probably one of the best maintained courses in the Treasure Valley of Southwestern Idaho. Built on farm land, the fairways are about as green as they come and to the putting greens are fantastic. The price is worth the 30-45 minute drive from Boise.

Situated in a lovely rural setting just 30-40 minutes outside Boise, ID, TimberStone golf course offers will challenge players of all levels and give you an opportunity to enjoy some beautiful scenery while you're golfing. There's a nice clubhouse, people in the pro shop were quite friendly and efficient and, best of all, there are scooter-like golf carts (single person) available if you just want to have a little fun traveling from hole to hole. Our only complaint is that this course doesn't offer a 9-hole rate after apparently having some problems with dishonest golfers not paying for their second 9 holes. Sad that this type of dishonesty exists, but really, why punish all your potential customers for the misdeeds of just a few? Our 9-hole group decided to play all 18 holes (since we paid for them either way) in a scramble format, however the lack of a 9-hole rate will likely prevent us from coming back frequently. It would be nice to see a restaurant onsite and/or some on course services (beverage/snack cart), but that's just a nice-to-have.…
