Hat Ranch was under construction, at the time we visited. Nonetheless, service was excellent, knowlegable and friendly, and the wines were unique. The dry Moscato is unlike most American Moscato wines, not sweet.

HAT Ranch introduce us to likely the most surprising white wine ever. They're 2016 Sauvignon Blanc has a unique aroma and taste of grapefruit, kiwi and lime---no lie! Marvelous on a hot day.
