About
An eclectic mix of Pop Culture goodness. From life sized cardboard cut-outs and coloring books to jewelry, mugs, t-shirts and recycled records, you're sure to find something for everyone! Much of the shop features local and regional artists pop inspired creations. Attractions include: a full scale screen accurate replica of the 11th Doctor's TARDIS, a Hobbit Hole, Captain Kirks command chair (with green screen photo-op), Platform 9 3/4 (w/green screen photo-op), Stranger Things living room, Sherlocks door/Friends door, Stormtrooper, and Idaho's only Zoltar fortune telling machine.

Fun spot with a great turnover on inventory so there is always new stuff to see. They also build their own props which are really cool. The Hobbit Hole and Joyce’s living room from stranger things were my favorite.

This was a fun shop. They had replicas of various movie/tv franchises, some with green screen backdrops. Millie was very friendly and took pictures of us using the green screen. My son bought a silly little dinosaur squeeze toy, it broke/popped before we even got back to the car. They replaced it, without question.
If you're into any of the more sci-fi, fantasy television/movies there will be something here to catch your eye. Our kids really enjoyed it.

Returned to Re-POP after six months and found EVEN MORE crazy, amazing, interesting stuff. Once again I could have re-mortgaged my house and bought EVERYTHING! So much cool stuff that you just cannot imagine exists. A golden girls tray? Check. An I LOVE GLUTEN t-shirt? Check. A panoply of Totoro items? Checkmate. Great staff as well, you cannot go to downtown Boise without a visit!

The staff working did a great job showing me all the options they had available, but I really was just trying to find shirts for Boise or Idaho....they did have a handful of great shirts from local designers but not a lot of stock (apparently sometimes their stock reflects there just isn't any more of that shirt) but found several for my family. She even was kind of to point another store for my very specific request...to Taters which was able to fulfill my specific request.

Glad to hear our staff took great care of you and was able to refer you someplace for your specific request! And yes, even though our main focus is pop culture, we do have some really cool Idaho/Boise shirts designed by local artists, many are a limited run much like an art print would be. The only potato themed items we only stock the little 25 cent pins.

I will not forget this amazing place with a great atmosphere and uplifting staff. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for random places to go or to buy a one of a kind gift for your loved ones or even a stranger.

We stopped in to check out the fandom selection and were very impressed. They support local artists as well as supply the current popular items. Their selection is like no place else. It was so easy to shop for many people on my Christmas list here and they even gift wrapped everything for me!!

This place was so much fun! While taking pics with all the props, my teen and I found some great buys. This was a highlight of our trip.

Walking around beautiful, spotlessly clean downtown Boise and stumbled onto Re-pop. AWESOME store. Reminded me of the cool places on Melrose in Los Angeles before the city turned to disgusting. Cool, funny, interesting stuff. Totoro toys, Gizmo, so many comedy shirts and toys from so many super random and obscure movies and games. Amazing stuff, and really cool staff.

This shop is an amazing stop for the pop culture fan, tv nerd, or artist. This place has a little something for everyone. The new store and new location in downtown Boise really has added space to the store for more fun items. I could shop non stop there. Each time I go I see items I did not see last time. Love the dr who phone booth, Star Trek captains chair, hobbit home, and so much more. Stop in just to see all the amazing props they have.

If you like TV and Movie SyFi, then you’ll love Re-POP! We were walking down the street and noticed the perfectly reproduced Tardis through the window. Once inside, we found everything from Godzilla to Star Trek to Star Wars. Even a Sherlock Holmes 221B door! Ha! Definitely a fun place to find unique gifts. Super friendly staff that was knowledgeable fan.
