I was walking downtown Boise and came across this alley! I wouldn’t consider it a destination or place to set out to go, however if you are downtown Boise- definitely go!

We were traveling through Boise for business with the family and the Freak Alley showed up as an attraction to see in the city. It definitely lived up to its name. It is street art with a twist. It's only a block long, so it...More

Not sure why this garners all the 5-star reviews. I would not say this is a must-see, but there was some nice pictures.

Decided to walk the downtown after lunch. This was a very cool find. Local artists painting on the alley walls. Fun thing to do.

Downtown Boise has a lot of charming places to wonder about. There is a place called "Freak Alley" where artists can express themselves freely on the alley walls. On a bright sunny day, go wonder about and see the great works!

What a cool place we stumbled upon! Murals creatively placed on walls, door cubbies, window recesses, and ever changing! No two visits will be the same. Apparently the artists rent the space to paint for a period of time, then can renew it or someone...More

It was fun to see all the new alley paintings since last Christmas! So much creativity!!! I was really happy to see a few of the originals still surviving. (I have lots more pics, but only ten are allowed.)

Wonderful street art exhibit. So fun to see what different artists can do. It is such a great idea to give this area for creative people to shine.

It is amazing that so many artists came together to create this wonderfully artistic alley. You could spend 20 minutes checking out each individual selection
