Lucky Peak State Park is a great place to take the family. We enjoy relaxing by the water, and having a picnic. We have gone here for many years, and find it a pleasant place.

I don't think that would be wise. It's dry and there's a bit of a dip off the road. Doesn't seem like the right place to do that, especially safety for other people in the vicinity.
