This is a unique park for Boise...no picnic tables, no Frisbee golf. Just walking along some of the most artfully picturesque and restful area in Boise. If you're quiet, you may get a chance to see rabbits, pheasant, quail, turkey and deer. I've seen all of those critters during my morning walks at Kathryn Albertson. The City of Boise took... More

We took a walk around the park. It's really lovely, lots of birds, a pond with ducks and geese. We were impressed by it's size and really enjoyed it.

Here's a great family stroll through a lovely park where you may spot the family of deer sunning themselves while nestled in their lair tucked back beneath trees. A delightful sight is a bunch of turtles often seen atop rocks in the water. We had the happy experience to see two muskrats swimming, one with a daisy held in his... More

Katherine Albertson Park is a great park to enjoy with the family. The walk around the park is roughly 2 miles including the inside and outside loops. While on the walk we saw geese, ducks, turtles and lots of other birds. Once there we saw deer and a beaver visiting the park also. Katherine Albertson park is a jewel in... More

This is a very good park for walking, pictures, open field sports, but no so much for kids who want a playground. We did our engagement photos here, and there was so many great places against water, and cool looking rocks and such
