Beautiful park like the rest in the Downtown/Boise area. Great for a bike ride or just hanging out and enjoying the great outdoors. Makes you feel at one with nature.

On my personal ranking of parks in Boise, Idaho, Julia Davis Park is #1. There are so many activities at this park during the year, it is just a fun place to hang out. In the summer, there are boat rides on the lakes, greenbelt walks along the Boise River, monuments, the zoo and the famous Art in the Park.... More

Afternoon delight! Stroll through the extensive and historic rose gardens and read the signs. Clean, well-maintained, attractive plants in the park. Plenty of room for a picnic or a jog or a soccer game. Visit the Anne Frank Memorial, the Boise Art Museum and the Boise Zoo while you are here. One of the outstanding Boise opportunities to enjoy life.

A true hub, Julia Davis Park is near the MK Nature Center, The Boise Art Museum and more. There always seems to be something going on at the park. There is a path along the Boise River for walking or cycling. But for us it was the roses. Absolutely gorgeous, and very well maintained. It's so close to so much... More

Love this park for the beautiful rose garden in the summer and the access to walking trails on the greenbelt.

Lovely park with a lake and the river funning through it. Horseshoe pits, tennis courts, running trail...beautiful green lawns (we're from California and in severe drought; green lawns are a treat!)

We very much enjoyed our time we spent at Julia Davis park in Boise. The park is along the Boise River and close to Boise State University. The park has several museums such as the Art Museum, Discovery Center of Idaho, Idaho State Historical Museum and Idaho Black History Museum. We visited all but the Discovery Center. There is also... Beautiful park along the river & greenbelt. Very safe for walkers, jogger and bikers. Being a visitor, I'm so impressed with all the parks in Boise. They are HUGE, have tons of old growth trees for shade and 100's of acres of green, lush grass.

Nice park to enjoy scenery, river, people. Plenty of space to have lunch or enjoy a game of frisbee with friends.

Been to a number of events here but can't get over the goose crap throughout the park. I've had to clean my footwear every time we've attended something here. I love animals and nature, but this place has been taken over by the geese.
