I love this park it is beautiful and big. They have a zoo, peddle boats, right next to the River and Boise University. The grounds are immaculate and the rose garden was so peaceful and serene. I highly recommend this place to go visit for a picnic, bike riding, walking, running, Kayaking etc.

Beautiful park with nearby plentiful parking in the shade. We found very few people so had a relaxing quiet conversation with family at a convenient picnic table.

Enjoyed a leisure afternoon riding my bike along the 25 mile bike path, watched folks in the river, floating, rowing or splashing in the water.

This was by far one of the best inner-city bike paths I've ever seen. I would love to spend hours either walking or biking on this path. All the bikers were extremely polite & courteous to the walkers on the path, allowing for an enjoyable experience for us.

Just amazing rose garden with many specimens labeled. We sat in the gazebo and visited with a young couple still aglow from feeding the giraffe ($3) at the nearby zoo. Check out the fountains spraying bright blue water ... kind out of place but eyecatching nonetheless. Steps away from the river, where we went wading with our dog. Will definitely... More

We rented a paddle boat for 30 minutes! Highly recommend. Not very expensive. It was <$10 and we had a great time. There were so many ducks and geese. I haven't been on a paddleboat since I was a kid and I loved it just as much. It is a beautiful park.

I love this park. It's big, has trails, and easy to find a restroom. You can stroll along the river or hang out by the pond with the geese.

This is a really nice park in the city. There was a festival in the park when we visited and it was an ideal location. You can also access the Greenbelt through the park. There is a very pretty rose garden as well.

This is a huge park with lots of sculptures and a nice river running through. Great for walks, picnics or hunting for pokemon. There are actually 3 pokestops all together so you can stand in one spot and collect all three. Very quiet. Lots of green. Great place to relax and enjoy nature. (Or pokemon)

Nowadays, when I go to Julia Davis Park, it's to take my two-year-old grandson to a very kid-friendly toddler park near the pond at the back. The park has swings, toddler-sized climbing areas, and a quick walk across the waterway takes you right to the Discovery Center off Myrtle St. It's also within walking distance of the paddleboats (don't let...
