This is the park the houses Zoo Boise. We only saw the part of the park that goes into the zoo and then we made a quick stop at the rose garden. Even in October it was very beautiful. It's a quiet and peaceful spot,...More

Easy access from the greenbelt (which runs right into it). Lots of mature trees so that there is a great deal of shade, less sun during the months the trees have their leaves. Some construction going on around the park's water features, closing some sections...More

Lovely park across the street from a spectacular Whole Foods. Took a long walk after lunch and enjoyed the sculpture and nicely maintained garden.

The Park was hosting their Arts in the Park, which was great at first, but became quite overwhelming with the number of vendors. It made it difficult to just enjoy the footprint of the park, so we ended up leaving and going over to the...More

Don't have much to say other than we walked through this beautiful park on a beautiful sunny day. It was gorgeous! Boise has a lot of beautiful, wide open spaces.

I love Julia Davis Park. You can see the Zoo, Mueseums and Rose Garden. There is usually something fun going on aswell. Good to double check Football Schedule in the Fall. Parking can be limited at that time.

So, in that context...I've been to lots of places. One place I absolutely loved is Boise, Idaho. Maybe much of it is intangible, a vibe kinda thing for me. Maybe the air? The water? I agree. We just spend the night, like we do often, and had such a wonderful time. We had dinner at the Red Feather, that we just LOVE, and got to spend time downtown. Love it. enjoy
