One of Boise’s oldest movie theaters, a person can enjoy a great burger, and even have a beer or glass of wine while watching a good Flick!

If you live in Boise this place needs no introduction. It is one of a handful of great movie venues in the western states. From well known, thoughtfully curated films, to the best of independent and artistic films, quality filmmaking is alive and well at the Flicks. Movies are cheap and popcorn is even cheaper! Plus cute outdoor cafe space and good selection of films.

Great movies and an awesome location. Food is good and the atmosphere is campy and fun. Not too expensive yet feels like a step back into time.

If you want to see quality, meaningful movies and appreciate indie, documentary or thought provoking films, The Flicks is *the* place in Boise to go! Sure, you can go see any ol' mainstream movie in one of the big theaters, but The Flicks offers film goers a unique experience. Not only is the staff warm and friendly, but the theater also offers beer, wine, yummy food and treats. To top it off - smaller theater size - so it's a more intimate place to see a great movie. I also need to mention that they have beautiful patio great for almost all seasons! Go early, grab some good food, linger on the patio and then mosey in with a beer or wine for a truly unique theater experience! (P.S. The popcorn is served with REAL BUTTER.) Need I say more?…
