I have been traveling to Italy for nearly 20 years and delight in helping guests discover and enjoy the rich and historic Italian culture! I have many wonderful friends in Italy – from chefs and winemakers to drivers and guides – who make our visits to Italy warm, enriching and unforgettable. I speak Italian and take care of all the details! Turn-key, worry-free travel.

Cypress Tours is a great way to see Italy. First, the group size is small. You get to know your fellow travelers. There is a good mix of planned activities and free time. The hotels are nice and all the transportation from city to city is arranged. The best part is the food and drink. I have never had a bad meal as part of the tour!

This was not even a bucket list item but when I heard about the Palio I had to make it happen. This was an amazing week of tradition, family and fun. Lynette put together an amazing week which included a lovely hotel right outside the city wall; tour of the Owl museum, horse races, cycling the Tuscany countryside and fabulous wine tasting in Montepulciano. The week culminated with the Palio horse race in the Piazza del Campo. Truly an amazing experience and top notch trip. Highly encourage all to follow Cypress Tours for their upcoming trips. You won't be disappointed.

Cypress Tours did a wonderful job of organizing and keeping the tour interesting. These are small tours and very personal. There was something for everyone and enough time to also do your own things. The Palio was only one of the hi-lights, we also included truffle hunting, cooking lesson, wine tasting and regional tours.

Wonderful experience, all the way around. The entire tour was very well planned and organized. Nice variety of sights visited. The days were paced out nicely. Thoroughly enjoyed the tours. Making home base at only two locations made for a more relaxing experience.

I would highly recommend Cypress Tours!

This was a fantastic taste of Italy from Venice to Viareggio with stops in between. We had fantastic meals, private wine tastings and vineyard tours, balsamic tasting, time for golf and cooking classes combined with tours of all the popular sites. You don’t have to worry about a thing. All the details were taken care of. Can’t wait for my return trip.

Cypress Tours intentionally keeps its groups small and intimate so you always feel you are among friends. There is a good mix of educational information from local tour guides, free time to explore, wine tasting, cooking classes and dining on local cuisine. I highly recommend using Cypress Tours if you want to experience Italy.

Top-notch trip with a top-notch female business owner! This is my second trip to Italy with Lynette and I will travel again with her. I really like that her groups are small (this trip there were 9 of us - plus her husband, Patrick, who also made the trip very entertaining!). Lynette does her homework and selects boutique B&B's, events and tours with local skilled artisans, and knowledgeable private guides who are passionate about their craft and their country.

She managed EVERY detail of the 10 day itinerary (menus/food/wine, lodging, transportation, sight seeing, wine tasting, a cooking class, etc.) so my cousin and I could enjoy the adventure -- without any worries or tedious planning. This trip we flew into Verona and had a home base at a lovely B&B/Wine estate (Dimora del Bugiardo) for the first 5 nights while we took day trips to Verona, Venice (via train), a small village (Borghetto) on the river and Lasize on the shores of Lake Garda, the renowned Ferron Rice Farm (and learned about "real risotto"), and Modena (learned about balsamic & tasted). Then we traveled to the other coast to Viareggio (beach resort town on the Ligurian Sea) and stayed at the Hotel Katy for 4 nights (1/2 block from the beach) where we took day trips to Cinque Terre, Lucca, the village of Colonnata and the Carara marble quarry.
I have so many special memories about the trip that I can't list them all here -- but the food and wine delicious and the company delightful -- Lynette (and her husband) are fun to explore with and gracious hosts! I trust Lynette/Cypress Tours and I highly recommend her adventures!
