I've been visiting micro-breweries and their "tasting rooms" around the country for quite some time, and the trend is: bigger, better establishments, with excellent beer. I'm not a local, but I am a big fan of this beer. Try the special BLOOD ORANGE RUSTLER, which...More

While there were some beers Payette had that I was not a fan of, the overall experience and friendliness have me thinking I'd go back in a heartbeat if in Boise again. Bartenders couldn't have been nicer and the beer garden was HUGE. Loved that...More

We visited the Payette Brewing Company and thought the beer offerings were excellent. The brewery's setting was extremely nice.

Have you ever been to a brewery with not only a great selection of craft beers, but also wine, a live band and food trucks scheduled to be in the area? Then there was a "pop-up" band comprised of trombones, trumpets, accordions and a large...More

My visit here was during a private company function but I cannot imagine that a normal trip here would be any different. The staff is incredibly upbeat and they offer one of the widest range of in-house brewed beers on tap I have seen. The...More

We love going to Payette for an afternoon beer. The new facility is inviting and we can bring our dogs! There is a nice beer selection and although there are better beers in town we still enjoy the Payette beers. We wish there were more...More

The beer was just fine, nothing special. They apparently offer food from a truck outside. There were plenty of dogs in the place which is OK I guess, seems odd in a public place.
