About
Amidst the verdant Tuscan hills, this open-air outlet mall is a prime shopping location. Shop luxury fashion brands like Prada, Valentino and Ferragamo while enjoying steep discounts of up to 50 percent—you can find bigger discounts during summer and winter sales. Additionally, non-EU residents can get tax-free refunds by presenting their passports in exchange for tax-free receipts. If you’re not here for the bargains, visit the Gucci Caffè Restaurant where you can take in wonderful panoramas of the lush landscapes all around. The Mall is open everyday and you can hop on the daily round-trip service from central Florence to get here. – Tripadvisor

Super small! Don’t plan to stay more than a couple of hours. If you regularly shop for $2,000+ bags and clothes, “maybe” you might be able to shop here. But most items were drastically out of price range for >90% of the human population. If you have that kind of money to blow, shop at the flagship stores! And there was nothing worth breaking my bank for. Gucci and Fendi had fluorescent dresses for $300 + $360 - but prob not a huge market for those. Save your precious time in Florence. Plus there were certain people that acted like I was invisible - walking Right in front of me and looking at the clothes I was looking at. Unconsciously freaking Rude! Don’t forget I’m American - my rudeness is at a suppressed level and you don’t want to activate it.

Very nice outlet for how the shops are arranged, in the middle of greenery and nature, as far as what is located... and 'another matter. Few are the real opportunities, very likely to risk finding products from outlets or obsolete. Hard to find the latest discounted models. Many places to rest, like benches etc. Very few bathrooms. Restaurants like that.

The Mall is out in the countryside in Leccio. It is easier to reach if you have a car and there is plenty of free parking.

Most of the high end fashion houses are represented here with their own buildings including Gucci, Prada, Bottega Veneto, Hugo Boss and the list goes on.

We have been to The Mall on several occasions over the past five years and my wife has occasionally snared what she believes to be a bargain. So it was that we journeyed forth again in the hope of snaring another bargain but it was not to be. Our hopes that larger discounts would be offered to move goods given the substantial drop in visitor numbers (due to COVID restrictions) was not to be. If anything the stores that we visited did not have the range of goods that they have had in previous years.

The only positive from my perspective was that there were significantly fewer people this year given travel restrictions still in place in far East Asia, the Middle East and countries impacted by EU and US restrictions. We walked straight into Gucci (unheard of in previous years) and only queued for a short time at Bottega Veneto.

One negative was that one of only two cafes that we had noticed in previous years was still open and it was packed with queues longer than any of the shops.

This is a fantastic day trip, just 50 minutes from the main train station, Firenze S.M.N. The outlet can be explored on foot, and it's recommended to purchase your ticket online beforehand. A direct bus to the mall departs from the station and drops you off near the Gucci store, with pick-up close to the Versace store.

The outlet features all the top brands, offering substantial discounts if you're familiar with the products. I found up to 70% off at Gucci and 50% at Burberry, along with great deals at many other stores. While driving is an option, the bus is a convenient alternative. There is also a tax-free office on the second floor, centrally located within the outlet.

The space is clean, beautifully maintained, and offers excellent prices.

If you’re taking the train to catch the Mall bus, walk straight along platform 16 to the very end. The exit ramp leads directly toward the bus stop. Google Maps may suggest a more complicated route, but this is the easiest and most direct way to the bus.

A must visit (if you like the big designers). Prices are literally crazy cheap for what they are selling. The staff are not obnoxious and in your face like most luxury stores. So many designers to choose from. One day in this mall was not enough, had to go twice. They also simplify the process of VAT refunds by giving you the cash early, all you have to do is go to the kiosk when you get to the airport, give them your passport, and confirm you’re leaving. Be sure to bring your passport with you to the mall (pictures work too) as they need it to give you the VAT refund forms. One small complaint: if you are in central Florence, it is about a 30 minute drive with their own shuttle bus. The bus is not free and it’ll cost €15 per person for a round trip ticket. Small inconvenience but worth it!!! Great mall and highly recommended!!!!

We booked tickets for 10 euros each round trip to go to The Mall. The buses were at Piazza Montelungo which was near the train station. We did not have any problems with the bus either way. The ride was about 30-40 minutes. We booked our trip for 8:50 but was crowded so we ended up on the 9:10 bus.
We booked an appointment at Gucci at 10:00. Gucci was the most popular store. The stores open at 10 so that would be a recommended time to arrive.
We found some purses that we felt were reasonably priced and at quite a reduced rate.
Burberry and Moncler were two other stores we liked. It was fun to pop into the other shops as well.
There were several restaurants that served light snacks, wine and lunch.
Highly recommend.

We were so pleasantly surprised by our visit to The Mall. We found a wonderful range of luxury outlet stores which were really well stocked, the stores we visited had friendly and helpful staff, the on-site restrooms were very clean and well maintained, and the cafe/ restaurant was very good value with a nice selection of food and beverages. I wish I lived closer so I could shop there more often!

It is one of the most luxurious malls I visited. All big brand names are there. The best time to do shopping is in May of each year. Do not forget to ask your free invitation to the vip lounge when you buy more than a thousand dollars.

It’s a shopper’s heaven!! I went bonkers😍😍
Great collections and the such good price. I even was lucky to get extra discounts on the discounted price because of the summer sale.
There was hardly any queue, I guess as I went late at 4.00pm. Only big queue was to enter YSL.
Also didn’t go to Prada and Gucci as someone wrote that the things they keep there are made for the outlet only
