Parking lot is small. Good for walking around pond but that is all there is. Area it is located is a little shady. Won’t walk there after dark!

Walker's Pond is where I go every day for my workout. The paved walking path is about .6 miles in length and the presence of wildlife and the lovely lake is a great addition. There are restrooms and water fountains on the grounds as well....More

Found this a good place for a morning walk while staying in Warner Robins. Parking is adequate and the path is wide and obstacle free. Foliage hides lake views for most of it, but the circular path is pleasant enough.

Technically yes, it is a public pond... but it is not heavily enforced.
