We took the tram to Serenity Cove, an 18 and over beach. Plenty of beach, chairs, umbrellas, and no kids. Enjoyed live music, bbq, decent bar, white sand, tropical water, couldn't have asked for more!

I bet if you ask your server on board the ship, he can have lactoce free ice cream waiting for you at the BBQ. For real. They accomodated my gluten intolerance very well. Not a problem at all.
