We visted Castaway Cay on the Disney Wonder that departed Galveston, Texas on the 13th January 2017. The weather was perfect and although the water was quite chilly my husband and children happily snorkeled. We thought the food was really good - best cheeseburger I've...More

Great private island. The beach is great. The food is good. Serenity Bay is perfect for the adults but we had fun in the family section as well. Best day of the cruise.

We visited in March......we were so impressed! Beautiful beaches, everything was done amazingly. BBQ lunch was plentiful and nice. Loved the trams in case you were exhausted and didn't want to walk back to the ship. Highly recommend!

I bet if you ask your server on board the ship, he can have lactoce free ice cream waiting for you at the BBQ. For real. They accomodated my gluten intolerance very well. Not a problem at all.

There is a lot of shaded areas. We had chairs under trees. Also, there are nice pavilions where they serve lunch. It is a beautiful place. Have a great time!
