For part of our honeymoon my wife and I took a 4 day cruise on the Disney Dream to the Bahamas. I can't rate this high enough, so I am not even going to waste too much of your time writing a huge review for you to read, but detail some of the points and give some tips on the... More

Castaway Cay was just ok. We expected the island to be a lot more interesting than it is. The swimming is nice, we had a ray swim right near us which was cool. There's a play structure in the water that the older kids (and adults) with us would've like to go on but couldn't due to age limits. There's... More

I think most of the activities on the Disney owned island should be free. The snorkeling was not as good as the Blue Lagoon. However, it was nice to see familiar staff from the boat out there. The Pina coladas made on that island were the best ones ever on the on the entire cruise!

We went on our cruise in January, the weather was ok but not great. The cruise ship was amazing, clean and the staff was excellent! Our first port was Tortolla, not finished being built and the city was dirty once outside the port. Our second port was St. Thomas we had great weather the city was clean and locals were... More

While its fun to be on a Disney Cruise stopping here is a highlight. We participated in the Castaway Cay 5K then spent the day snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing. There is so much to do without worry. It's all Disney with classic Disney touches everywhere.

We were very excited to go to Castaway Cay after reading so much about it. Right at the start, my 11 year old was stung by a small jelly fish near the shallow water. Much to my shock! Simply because after all these years of vacationing, especially in Hawaii we have never encountered jelly fish. We quickly found the Medic... More

Beautiful, clean, comfortable. You have to pay for extra activities, but you can take your own equipment for snorkeling and you are fine too. The small waves are fun, water is warm enough, and the play area on the water is enjoyable for the kids! Food was also good. Looking forward to go back!

This was our second cruise on the Disney Dream and as such, we were awarded silver bands which gave us priority check in. As usual we were greeted with the wonderful staff as we set foot on board and shown to lunch whilst we awaited our cabin to be ready. Everything you could think of on offer. The food is... More

We have done CC without any added excursions and weren't bored. There is plenty to do and space to spread out. There's shopping and lunch provided right there near the beach. We've done the stingray adventure which was fun to feed them and then snorkel with them. Not sure we'd do this more than 1 more time though. Trolley is... More
