The staff were friendly people wore their masks for the most part. The food was good and the lines were not too long except for the Animal Safari.

Lines were to long everywhere on the day we went. Any recommendations on what days are best to go on? I have 12/16 year olds that love to ride. Food lines were crazy.

If I could do no stars, I would. I remember coming here as a little girl and loved seeing the animals and of course, going on rides. We have a 2.5 year old and thought it might be fun to take him after we got free tickets but sadly, I was mistaken. The animal trail was pathetic. There is no up keep and the animals look pathetic and sad. I know it's in a swamp, but you could still cut down the vines growing over railings, fresh paint would be nice, and giving some animals toys. I have seen Jax Zoo and many other nice animal attractions at least give them huge balls to play with, but I haven't seen any at Wild Adventures. When I used to get passes, most rides we're shut down with no explanation and to this day that still happens. I wouldn't pay ever pay $130 for a season pass there. Not to mention they're not open every day, not even weekends during parts of the year. Sadly, my family and I will not be returning for a long time. It was a good 22 years I had with them but now I feel so disappointed. No hate on any one that works there but upset with how CEOs allow a park to get like that.

As far as covad-19 goes this is not the place to go because they don't in force face mask or 6ft. There was some hand sanitizer but not much. They don't follow the CDC guidelines like other theme parks do. We just went to universal Studios a week before going to wild Adventures and Universal Studios makes Announcement every 15-30 minute about face mask being warn right and if not then they will make you leave, they have hand sanitizer before and after rides, they check your temperature, they will watch and make sure you are 6ft away and your mask is on right. The most Wild Adventures does is check your temperature. People at Wild Adventures where walking around with no face mask or their mask wasn't covering BOTH face and nose.

We had a great Saturday visit here. Some things were closed due to COVID but the crowds were small too. There is a good mix of larger, thrill rides and tamer rides for smaller kids. Plus animal attractions like a train safari. There were plenty of restaurants and snack places open for food. I thought the barbecue was surprisingly good but the pizza was average. We had kids from 7 to 13 and everyone had fun. Smaller park which makes walking easier. The water park was closed. We’d go back for sure. Parking was $12. They have all kinds of discounted tickets online including military discounts. They also run ticket specials on Groupon.
