Having a blast off Tybee Island.

Hey Jimmy!

Thanks for an amazing time on 11/13/20 for a 6 hour fishing charter. You showed it all to us! Trolling, catching bait, bottom fishing, what a blast!!

We caught 2 shark, an AMAZING Kingfish, tons of sea bass, and a lizard fish that looked a little bit like you (kidding).

Folks, don’t miss out on this. Jimmy is skilled, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, tons of fun, and he plays awesome music!!!

Laura and I will see you again next trip.

Awesome experience. Jimmy and Hunter are a fun time, and the fishing was great. They truly want you to have a good time and put you in the best position to do so. Highly recommend.

Best fishing charter on Tybee!

I booked an offshore fishing trip with Captain Jimmy for my family and I. We had a blast! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about fishing and it shows! We were able to see dolphins, a sea turtle and even a shark. He showed us how he catches bait, which is super cool. If you are looking for a fun fishing trip, you need to book with American Fishing Charters!

American Fishing Charters also listed with Stewart’s Outfitters on Tybee Island, GA led a great fishing excursion for me and my family on June 30, 2019. Captain Brad and First Mate Zac were wonderful experts on the water. My wife and children love to fish and have booked charters before, and these guys knew their business. The half-day trip was worth our while as we caught many sea bass, a few barracuda, and the highlight of the trip was a 9 foot, 350 pound tiger shark! That was a first our our family. The captain and first mate did a great job of assisting and making sure we were safe yet reeling in the big catch. What a workout! And what fun! My 83-year-old mother joined the party to watch and they were wonderful with her, but she is a little gutsy so keep in mind this isn’t an elderly dolphin tour. You hit some waves, but she’s a tough gal who can take it. These guys are highly recommend for any group as they know their business and know people. If we ever return to Tybee Island, we will book them for sure.

Landon's First Charter

I took my son and wife out on a Charter in September 2018 and had a great time. The weather was perfect and sea was calm. Jimmy checked the weather the day before and recommended a time. We only did a short 3 hour tour due to it was my son's first time out and was not sure how he would do. We did bottom fishing and caught about 15 fish, multiple species. My son loved it, his first bite and fish was a shark....my 6 year old could not stop smiling.... The price was competitive. This company offers a variety of charters. I would recommend this activity to anyone, we saw dolphins and the old lighthouse on a personal level not an overcrowded 1 hour tour. Great Memory. Thank you Jimmy.
