A huge carving of three Confederate heroes, Stonewall Jackson, Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis, on the face of the mountain.

The carving on the wall of stone mountain is a great memory, an amazing work of art and great significance to the US. The laser shows that happen here are worth every penny charged and the stories told will leave you wanting to keep coming...More

Looks real good from the Skylift Cable Car. Don't know how they ever got up there to carve it, real high up.

There are a lot of things to do, and there is a laser show at 8pm before the park closes. Lots of activities for different ages, and a lot of places to eat all kinds of things. Definitely worth the trip

What a hike, highly recommended for everyone. Just make sure you bring lots of water with you, and wear hats/sunglasses.

Stone Mountain was really nice. Enjoyed the light show at night. The Sky Lift and Train ride were great. Only down fall was most of the parks shops were closed and those that were open did not open til 11 or 12.

Beautiful human feat! Still struggling to understand how they carved it much less how they held banquets on the horses butt in the carving.

The history behind the carving is very interesting. We enjoyed our experience here and having our picture taken with mountain. It's something interesting to explain to family back home.

such an interesting story behind this carving! no matter how many times i see it, i'm still in awe of the craftsmanship behind this. Watching the movie and seeing the photos is very interesting as well. Go and enjoy! it's a must see!

The carvings are really top notch, but unfortunately, not so much for the park itself. Not much here for the average visitor to do. You can do this park in half a day, unless you want to hike the mountain.
