It is a great scenic trail for biking and joggung but Do Not go alone nor should you wear headphones. The trail can get pretty desolate and you will not see people around alot.

There is an entrance fee of $5, if you plan to go often the yearly state park pass might save you some money. The paths are very well maintained and not terribly strenuous. The setting is beautiful. And they have some really neat events, check out the link, archery & special themed hikes!

Sign up for the archery class. You won't regret it. It is great fun for kids and adults. No skills required, just show up.

This, what appears to be, small park is actually a large nature area. Thare are plenty of picnic areas, playgrounds and the nature center at the main entrance off Ga Hwy 155. The park has lots of old nature trails and miles of new paved trails that are great for walking, running and biking. The paved trails are connected to... More

We went to this park in May 2016 and this was an awesome park and we were even able to view Stone Mountain from the park. The hikes are awesome and the Park is kept clean. After our hike we visited the bathrooms, of course, and they are well ventilated and also kept clean. The staff is also very friendly... More

Great for hiking , small play ground for kids. We bought a pass for all Georgia state parks so we can go anytime we want. If No one t... More

This was the first time in an American Park fro my wife Molly and me. We really enjoyed the outside nature walks. It was beautiful experience. It's such a good thing for people to have a park like this nearby. Furthermore, there are plenty of things to do here, like woodland hiking trails with one that has a marvellous view... More
