We take our toddler and first grader here a couple of times per year. The price is fair and there are a lot of different jump areas that seem very safe. Toddlers, of course, have to be followed through all the activities, but older kids can safely and freely run around.
Staff is generally helpful.
Our kids usually throw a fit when it's time to leave, so come prepared with a good exit plan.

Do not book reservations for the Jump Zone in Roswell, GA. I booked a room at this location on January 4, 2008 for my son's birthday. I live 30 minutes away and do not travel in this area very often so Jump Zone forwarded directions to me which I then forwarded to everyone invited to the party (approximately 12 children). However, Jump Zone failed to tell us that the access route (Old Roswell Rd.), included in the directions, had been shut down since October due to construction.
To our disappointment, only 2 children showed because of difficulty finding the location. I politely asked the front desk if we could either stay a little longer or get any kind of discount. They contacted the owner, Keith, who spoke to me as if I were a dog. He would continuously yell at me as if I were a kid. Only one company as ever treated me this poorly (American Laser Center of Atlanta), and it resulted in the termination of an employee.
Ultimately, I paid $200 for my 3 year-old and two children to play for an hour. The owner even told me that if I failed to fulfill my alleged obligation to pay the full amount, he would have me arrested. He never understood that it really wasn't about the money - it was about my child enjoying his birthday. When our scheduled time was up he had the employees deflate the equipment and turn the lights out. Not only has he insulted me as a paying customer but embarrassed me as well.
It is no wonder that many of these places are going out of business, and his facility was completely empty. I just cannot believe that a business owner would act this way. Because of my profession, I have a great deal of contact with many other parents. He has made a terrible business decision.

I had two Jump Zone parties for my son! Everyone has so much fun, and their party packages are so easy and affordable. At 13, My son has outgrown it, but we definitely recommend it for people with little kids!!!
