My nieces were visiting and wanted an adventure. Boy, did we find one! We did the obstacle course/zip line. The obstacles are not that bad, and they are all clustered at the beginning of the course, so once you get through them, it's all zipping. And you can even skip the obstacles and go straight to zipping. The staff did thorough training on the ground and talked us through each station. Yes, they stayed on the ground for the most part, but they did not leave us to fend for ourselves. I felt that we were in great hands. Also, the staff members were very friendly, which added to the fun. The course ends with the Double Dare--I dare you to zip that line without yelling! It's so much fun, you can't help but yell in delight (or fear, as the case may be--but you're not in danger). Price was reasonable--they matched the Groupon price, so we didn't even have to go through that process. Call in advance to make sure they have room for you. We were part of about a 20-person group (various groups from 2-5 people each). The staff said we were a small group, but I thought it was a great size. Even if you were at the back of the pack, you still didn't have to wait that long for your turn. And it was fun watching the other people zip. Be aware that this is a PHYSICAL activity. Climbing up ladders to the platforms in the trees. Pushing yourself off the platform. Zipping along the line. Stopping yourself and climbing on the next platform. Our group included teenagers through late middle-agers, so age is less of a factor than your physical fitness and stamina. If you are at least average fitness, you should be fine.

My 11 year old wanted to zip line for his birthday. I didn't want to spend a lot since I didn't know if he would be scared. I found a deal on Groupon for $15.00. They each got to zip a total of 3 times. That part was decent for the cost. Nothing fancy about the line the road but for 2 for $15.00 it was fine. They wanted more though so I added on one more zip line across the lake. It was one zip for $20.00 each. That was not a good price or deal at all. I only recommend this place if you find a Groupon. The obstacle course Groupon would be worth it also. That group seemed to be having a lot of fun. But don't pay straight cost here. It is not a canapy zip line course. Nothing fancy here at all. But great for my boys to start and test the waters. They love it, so now we will take them in a canapy zip line tour. Adrian and Hayden were very nice!!

My 1st [and probably only] complaint: There was no one on the 1st platform to tell us beginners how to hook ourselves onto the line. That's like "ultra important"! I had to ask one of the attendants to come up and help out with a demo. That gave me some initial reservations. A newbie is already apprehensive, and having to ask for that important detail didn't help me feel safe and confident. I mean, after that, I almost decided against going thru with the whole experience! The staff should show more quality attention to that very important detail. OK...now after getting the demonstration personally, I thoroughly enjoyed it! There was an aerial obstacle course before the 1st zip. The staff was attentive and helpful. I'm older, I'm not athletic, and I haven't been able to work out in a couple of years, so my body strength (which is very necessary...upper and lower) isn't what it should be...and this was my 1st time ever zip lining; but no one seemed at all agitated with me when things went left, and I needed help. They were supportive and encouraging all along the way! We took my daughter for her 14th birthday, and we all had a blast! I would highly recommend this place.

I am a resident of Georgia and I have visited other zip lines or canopy tours in surrounding cities . This place is far, the service is not good. We had to ask for them to be present on the zip lines with s to make sure we were secure. They advertised 18 zip lines (90M ) and we only did 10 (4 being the training zip lines) It was a waste of money, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I'm sorry that you didn't have a positive experience with us. Our staff enjoys working with our customers, and we take pride in the constant glowing comments about them. So, it is surprising to hear your negative opinion regarding them. Maybe you were expecting a canopy tour. That's not us. We are a zipline adventure park. We don't do lectures regarding the flora and fauna. We do, however, provide instruction /training and require demonstrated ability before participants go to the first zipline platform. Our goal is to give you the ability to zip independently which doubles the fun. The coaches monitor you at each platform from the ground, unless you request their help which they are happy to provide on the platform. Actually, 14 runs on a variety of ziplines are included in the Zipline and Obstacle Experience that you purchased at less than 50% of the regular price of $65. Certainly a bargain. It takes at least 90 minutes and sometimes 2 hours or more if participants require constant help from the coaches. Maybe you left before you were finished.
