Here is what happened: My wife and my two kids go there one afternoon. I don't skate neither my wife but we were still requiered to pay full admission price, just to go supervise our kids! We tried to explain to the lady on the front that me and my wife were there just to supervise our kids to no avail. We should turn around rigth there but our kids were looking forward to skate. We go there and the music is so loud that I can barely hear myself think. And the music was so full of foul language; somehow somebody had the great idea to change the music and to turn it down, so we stayed. Getting the skates was an ordeal on itself, the staff behind the counter were just hanging out and chatting, it took a little while for them of acknowledge us. Once we got their attention they acted like it was a burden for them to take care of us, I guess they ratther go back to their conversation than taking care of paying customers. We decide to get some drinks at the concession stand and my coke was flat, just carbonated water I asked the young lady in the stand and she looked at me like I just insulted her mother. We stayed there for about 45 minutes and decided to leave, to never return again!

Good place to sk8, but the music was too loud, playing dirty rap music... we stayed for 2 hours, all of us left with a huge headache. Now I can understand why the employees are so rude and unprofessional, they have to listen this all day every day!!! Poor employees...

very nice place for families with children to go and have fun either to skate play in the bounce house or softplay, they have several packages of parties for any age including adults the best part is they cater food for large group or party that you might want to request with any special type of menu you might want beside the regular menu, and if your older and want to just have some fun they have a day they do black outs and that is very fun and beautiful to see with all lights out.

Nice, quick trip to Pooler for skating with my 10 year old daughter. Not so happy with the condition. The inside looks like a shell of something more incredible that once was. Skates are in need of attention and the ones I was handed were WET! Ugh. Yes they swapped them out for a dry pair but I was told the disinfectant spray is why they were wet. Not buying it. The "music" being played was hard rap. Not good music for the younger kid crowd that was there with parents. The music alone made us skate around 10 laps and we were ready to leave. Disappointed because we drove 45 minutes just for this!! I could see the disappointment in my daughter's face--not at all what she expected. Play more of a variety of music please. Hard core rap, like an extreme from any music genre just doesn't make for a good atmosphere. I love all kinds of music so rap doesn't bother me but this was a bit much.

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a place to skate. I used to take my children skating frequently and would spend a lot of money on games and food. I was going to book a party at SK8 City but decided we should try it first. They only allow 1 chaperone in without paying. If both parents are going and you both do not want to skate, be prepared to pay for one of you. The $8.00 admission is highest we have ever paid for skating in venues that were much nicer and bigger. The snack bar employees are unaware that service with a smile goes a long way. I would have taken service with eye contact. I felt as if I was bothering the ladies at the snack bar by asking to purchase food and drink. My son waited 40 minutes for a slice of pizza. When I politely reminded the young lady behind the counter that we were still waiting for the one slice of pizza, she gave me a look like I was a nuisance, went into the back, came out and flipped the pizza onto the counter. No "sorry for the wait". Nothing but attitude. To top it all off, it was burnt. We will not be going back here again. If I am spending my hard earned money, I expect decent service.
